Tech Support

Aspen Digital Services technical support services are offered on an "as available" basis during our posted business hours and days of operation.  If you need service outside of our posted business hours, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  If we do not answer the phone or respond to a text, email or service request right away, we are unavailable for immediate service and will respond as soon as we are able.  Technical support fees/minimums are not refundable.

Rates and Minimums

The following rates and minimums apply to all technical support, consultation and tutoring services.

  • For new customers, payment is required at the time of service.
  • Established customers will be billed on a 30-day term after the first day of the month following the service date.
  • For established customers, per-call minimums are replaced with a single per-invoice minimum (the maximal per-call minimum on the invoice).
  • "Billed in" increments apply to all support instances.

Business Hours* Support

  • Service rate: $75/hr
  • Per-call minimum: $25
  • "Billed in" increment: 15 minutes

Evening/Weekend* Support

  • Service rate: $150/hr
  • Per-call minimum: $50
  • "Billed in" increment: 15 minutes

*business days from close of business to 10 p.m. (PT); anytime Saturdays & Sundays; excludes late-night/holiday support times

Late-night/Holiday* Support

  • Service rate: $200/hr
  • Per-call minimum: $100
  • "Billed in" increment: 30 minutes

*any day between 10 p.m. (PT) and business open; anytime on holidays (holidays as posted in our "closed for business" banner, when active)
